Argentina Seismic Atlas
On behalf of Count Geophysics, ZDS is pleased to announce the availability of a unique study over selected Argentinian onshore basins in the form of a Digital Atlas.
The dataset comprises of 3,413 km scanned, reprocessed and interpreted seismic data together with composite migrated sections across major structural features and trends plus geological basin descriptions.
The aim of the study is to
provide regional migrated data sets over the key areas of Onshore Argentina, enabling analogies to be made with known plays and new plays to be developed
enable exploration staff to place opportunities in Argentina in their regional context
allow new seismic, field or well datasets to be integrated rapidly
give a broad overview of depositional sequence development and structural development within the Argentinian basins.
The Atlas provides an excellent exploration tool for both management and exploration staff. The study has been prepared by acknowledged experts in their fields with extensive South American experience. The basins included within the Atlas are Santa Cruz, Oran, Los Bolsones, Cuyo, Neuquen, San Jorge and Austral.
